https://technet.microsoft.com/ja-JP/library/security/ms16-mar.aspx今月も概ね問題無く適用できました。Windows 7の更新のレスポンスが遅くなった様な気がします。Windows 10の反応は早く感じます。Windows 7などで重要とオプション更新がある場合はまず重要のみ更新してから再起動してオプション更新（分割して更新）をお勧めします。一気に更新をかけてうまくいかない時があるようです。

更新できないときはファイル名を指定して実行から services.msc を起動して以下のサービスを確認します。

設定はすべて「自動」「開始」にします。
今回の更新でWindows 10へのアップデートを促す広告がさらに強化され、Windows Server Update ServicesからWindows Updateを実行したユーザー向けに画像のように「システム管理者がアップデートを阻止しています」と表示されるようになり Microsoft 対 管理者 の構図になっています。
